Design a domain thought for sound

The domain will be located 15-30 minutes from Annecy, La Roche-sur-Foron, and Geneva. We want to rehabilitate a character heritage to create a unique hybrid ecosystem. Industrial acoustic insulation "box within a box", autonomous access via smartphone, and secure lockers for your equipment. Premium rehearsal studios & Lockers

Studios that make you want to rehearse with quality equipment for all instrumentalists including drummers! If you need to leave heavy equipment securely on site, the lockers are there for that.

Stage and meeting space concept

The Stage & The Bar

A true human-sized stage equipped for your rehearsals or showcases, extended by a friendly space with local beers, light snacks after rehearsal, and a shop area for your consumables. And for companies, a welcoming place for your team buildings and other events.

Artist residence concept

The Artistic Residence & Charming Gîte

On-site accommodation to get you into nature for a weekend of team building or a "turnkey" artistic residency week with access to rehearsal studios or the stage for your rehearsals.

Pro local concept

Pro Services

Resident sound professional, repair shop (strings, sticks) and repair workshop. Never be stuck in the middle of creation again. If you are a stage pro, a luthier... find the ideal place to develop your activity in synergy with our ecosystem.

Spring 2026 ✅

🧠 Step 1: The Genesis

  • Design of the hybrid concept (Studios / Gîte / Living space).
  • Finalization of preliminary financial engineering and Business Plan V1.
  • Launch of land research in the Fillière / Cruseilles Annécien Basin sector.
Summer/Fall 2026

🧐 Step 2: The Concept Testing


  • Launch of the large public survey among local musicians


  • 📍 YOU ARE HERE
    Analysis of the survey, GO/NOGO decision, validation of offers, rates, and additional needs (coworking, lutherie).


  • Final selection and securing of the building.

2027

🏗️ Step 3: The Big Project

  • Acquisition of the property and obtaining urban planning agreements.
  • Launch of rehabilitation work and construction of our soundproof studios ("box within a box").
  • Launch of our large pre-sale campaign to reserve your slots.
Early 2028

🎤 Step 4: The Opening

  • Installation of the Premium backline and the connected ecosystem.
  • Pre-launch evening for founders and survey participants.
  • Official 24/7 opening of the Ilium Music domain!

Behind Ilium Music, there are Claire and David. Passionate musicians and entrepreneurs established for over 30 years between Grand Annecy, La Fillière, Le Pays Rochois, Le Genevois. We decided to create the place that we desperately needed to experience music without constraints.
